Rocket attack kills eight, wounds others in Syria’s Aleppo countryside
AL-BAB, Syria (North Press) – On Wednesday, eight people were killed and others were wounded in a rocket attack on al-Bab city in Aleppo eastern countryside, north Syria.
An eyewitness told North Press that a strike on the main market and the residential buildings in al-Bab city has claimed the lives of eight people in a preliminary toll death. Others were injured.
No party has claimed responsibility behind the attack yet. But some sources pointed finger blame to the Syrian government forces.
Following the bombardment, the Manbij Military Council said the Turkish forces positioned in Sheikh Naser base targeted the two populated villages of Alyalinli and al-Sayada with artillery and mortar shells. The shelling is still ongoing, the council said.
