Members of National Defense Forces wounded in Syria’s Suwayda

SUWAYDA, Syria (North Press) – Four members of pro-government National Defense Forces (NDF) were wounded and their cars were damaged in the town of al-Harisi in the eastern countryside of Suwayda as a result of an armed attack on Saturday.

“An armed group attacked a headquarters of a group of pro-government NDF while they were meeting in the town of al-Harisi in the eastern countryside of Suwayda, wounding four members and damaging six cars that were parked in front of the headquarters,” a local source told North Press.

“The armed group attacked NDF’s headquarters from three directions using light and medium weapons,” the source added.

The source pointed out that the meeting was held by NDF with the attendance of Head of NDF in the southern region Rashid Saloum.
