Unidentified persons shot an elderly to death in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor
DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – On Thursday, unknown attackers, who were riding a bike, shot an elderly man dead in the town of al-Sabbha, 30 km east Deir ez-Zor.
Masked attackers, who were riding a bike, fired at the 84-year-old Ali al-Meheimid al-Delli, killing him immediately, a military source told North Press.
Yesterday, member of the SDF was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in al-Shuheil town, 40 km east of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria.
The eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor has been recently witnessing increasing assassinations incidents, where Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) members and the employees of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria are being targeted.
