Global death toll by coronavirus exceeding 4 thousand cases

The global death toll by coronavirus has risen to over 4 thousand cases today on Tuesday. The death toll reached 4,011 due to the virus, which has become widespread in more than a hundred countries and infected about 110,000 people, according to Agence France-Presse.
The spread of the virus has disrupted the transportation sectors in the world, and the cancellation of all events, conferences and sports.
China, the center of coronavirus spread, has witnessed a decrease in the number of new daily infections in the recent weeks, based on quarantine measures and city closures taken by the Chinese government.
Today, only 19 new cases were reported, according to the National Health Commission of China, as this number is the lowest since the government began counting the cases on January 21st. The new infections were recorded in Wuhan, the epicenter of the virus, with the exception of two imported cases of two traveling people.
This comes as Chinese President Xi Jinping on Tuesday arrived in Wuhan, the epicenter of the outbreak of coronavirus, for the first time since the outbreak, according the Chinese official state-run news agency, Xinhua.
As according to the Chinese Central Television, the Chinese President is visiting the medical frontlines, military officers, community workers, police, local residents and the cadres of the Communist Party of China.
In South Korea, less than 150 new cases of coronavirus were recorded in a day, for the first time in less than two weeks.
While the number of deaths today on Tuesday, due to the outbreak of coronavirus in France has risen to thirty cases, after it reached yesterday 25, according to the health authorities.
In the Middle East countries, the UAE Ministry of Health announced today the registration of 15 new cases of the virus, raising the total number of infections into 74 cases, of which 12 have recovered.
The new infections of different nationalities included three persons of Italian nationality, two people from the UAE, Sri Lanka, U.K. and India, and one from Germany, South Africa, Tanzania and Iran, according to the UAE Ministry of Health.
In Kuwait, four new cases were diagnosed with coronavirus today, raising the number of people in the country to 69, according to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health.
While in Lebanon, it was announced today that the first death from coronavirus was recorded for a patient who returned from Egypt. The Lebanese media said that the country recorded the first death from the virus today, adding that the patient had been quarantined since his return from Egypt. Nine new cases of coronavirus were recorded in Lebanon, bringing the total number to 41.
On Tuesday, Iran recorded 54 new deaths cases by coronavirus, bringing the death toll into 291. The Iranian Ministry of Health announced that the total number of coronavirus infections has risen to 8,042 in the country.
The Iranian Ministry of Health said that during the last 24 hours, 54 deaths and 881 new infections were recorded.
