(North Press) – The joint presidency of the Executive Council of North and East Syria decided on Friday to extend the partial curfew for an additional period in northeastern Syria, starting Saturday, June 6 until June 15,according to a statement posted on the official Facebook account of the Autonomous Administration.
The curfew starts from seven in the evening until six in the morning the next day.
All shops and professions are allowed to open from six in the morning until seven in the evening. All restaurants are allowed to operate during the curfew period for deliveries only.
Meanwhile, cafes, cafeterias, schools, and universities remain closed.
All public and private mass transportation is permitted to operate inside and outside cities and among departments, taking into account preventative and physical distancing measures.
Residents may practice their religious rituals in places of worship, taking into account rules of health protection and physical distancing.
Border crossings remain closed until a decision is issued by the joint presidency of the Executive Council, except for the Tayha and Tabqa crossings, which remain open only to humanitarian cases and students, and only with necessary documents.
