Explosion hits a Turkish convoy on M4 highway followed by clashes with an unknown group

An explosive device exploded, on Thursday, in a Turkish military convoy on the M4 highway in southern Idlib governorate, killing a Turkish soldier, followed by clashes between Turkish forces and an armed opposition group.
The North-Press correspondent in Idlib indicated that an explosive device exploded while a Turkish military convoy was passing on the M4 highway in southern Idlib, killing one Turkish soldier and wounding others.
He added that the explosion was followed by heavy gunfire by unknown groups, in conjunction with the arrival of Turkish military reinforcements and special forces into the area.
While Syrian opposition media outlets reported that clashes took place between al-Qaeda's affiliate group, Hurras al-Din on the one hand, and the armed opposition groups and Turkish forces on the other hand, in the area of al-Mahbel on the M4 highway in the southwestern countryside of Idlib.
