AANES official calls for constructive dialogue among all Syrians
HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – An official of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) called on Sunday for a constructive and continuous dialogue among all Syrian factions during the nation’s transitional phase.
At a panel organized by the Coalition of Civil Society Organizations in North and East Syria (CSO-NES), Khaled Ibrahim, an official at the Foreign Relations Department of the AANES, emphasized that sustained dialogue, supported by the international community or through community sponsorship, is essential for navigating Syria’s current challenges.
He told North Press that while the transitional phase holds promise, it is also fraught with risks, including a worrying rise in hate speech that could derail progress.
Ibrahim further underscored the necessity of involving every Syrian group in the country’s future governance.
He called for an inclusive approach that ends the suffering of all Syrians and paves the way for a united, peaceful future.
