Tehran to open three factories in Syria soon

Tehran is seeking to circumvent the US sanctions imposed on it, which led to a sharp decrease in its exports to Syria as a result of sanctions on both countries.

Masan Nahhas, head of the Iran-Syria Chamber of Commerce, said that Tehran agreed to open 3 factories in Syria before Eid Al-Adha on August 12.

According to “Vatican” newspaper, the factories will produce skimmed milk, drugs to treat cancer and a third one for cars.

In an interview with “North Press”, a spokesman for the National Congress Party, Intifad Qanbar said that Iran is in trouble, it cannot cut off aid from Damascus, Sana’a and Hezbollah because they depend on the relationship with Iran, which led to the isolation of these countries from the world, the matter created popular anger within an economically collapsed Iran.

Qanbar believed that “the Iranian presence in Syria is not guaranteed due to the close Russian-Israeli coordination to strike the Iranian presence, and the development of economic influence of Iran within Syria will not pass peacefully and will be targeted by Israel.”

Qanbar said that what Iran suffers economically is unparalleled, it lost more than 90% of its oil sales, which means most of its income resources. According to reports, there are also 11 million barrels of Iranian oil stacked in loaders before the ports of several countries that cannot buy Iran’s oil due to the United States sanctions, and thus, this is a huge loss to Iran, as well as losing every day funds to rent oil carriers that do not find buyers.

“Iraq has a different situation in the relationship with Iran as it is a source of income like a gold mine to Iran, while Iran provides other allies with its power, it takes from Iraq what it wants of resources. Iran also fixed in Iraq institutional systems permeated by corruption to control the resources of the country that goes to the pocket of Qassem Soleimani to finance the wars of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.” Qanbar added.
The “New York Times” newspaper reported that China, Turkey and other countries had received shipments of oil from a larger number of Iranian tankers than usual.

The report concluded that 12 tankers loaded oil from Iran’s ports and took it to China and the eastern Mediterranean, where Syria and Turkey were buying it.

The Iranian escalation
Intifad Qanbar said that the escalation of the Iranian regime is the only option to try to get rid of the sanctions, which its continuation means the slow death of the Iranian regime, Iran’s economy and its infrastructure.

Qanbar added that we are now facing new alliances in the region because of the pressure campaign on Iran and because of the American escalation with Turkey which talked about the expulsion of Turkey from NATO for the first time, this is accompanied by US support to Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) where both Turkey and Iran consider them as enemy which receive American support, the matter made the Russian side to be afraid of this influence.
