Russia and Turkey continue to patrol the Syrian-Turkish borders, according to the joint agreement between the two sides. North-Press reported the arrival of four Russian armored vehicles accompanied by two Russian helicopters arrived today in Derbasiya, east of Ras al-Ain (Sere-Kanyie), they headed towards the village of Arada in Abu Rasin (Zargan) area, where four Turkish armored vehicles entered the area to start the joint patrol.
The patrol passed across the villages of Aliya, Twarat, Terba, Karkundi and Qara Mania; then the Turkish armored vehicles returned to the Turkish territories via Qara Mania crossing.
On Tuesday, a Russian patrol headed to the area of Alouk in the eastern countryside of Ras al-Ain, which is under the control of the Turkish-backed armed opposition groups, to inspect the water station that supplies the city of Hasakah and parts of its countryside.
