3 consecutive Russian patrols headed from Hasakah and Tal Tamr towards Qamishli, north-eastern Syria

A Russian military patrol consisting of 6 armored vehicles has crossed the town of Tal Tamr, on the M4 highway, north-west of Hasakah governorate, northeastern Syria.

Sources confirmed to North-Press that the patrol headed towards the city of Qamishli, at a Russian military base lies in the bordering city with Turkey. This patrol comes in conjunction with the exit of 5 Russian military vehicles accompanied by a vehicle which was carrying officers of the Syrian government forces from the security zone in the city of Hasaka towards the city of Qamishli as well.

 

Whereas the exit of the last patrol preceded the launch of 3 Russian military police vehicles towards the city of Qamishli, during which they intentionally inspected the road and transferred military and logistical reinforcements to the Russian base in Qamishli.
