Two rockets fired from Syria hit Golan Heights – IDF
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said on Saturday that two rockets were fired from southern Syria towards the Golan Heights, setting off sirens in the communities of Avnei Eitan, and Nov.
The IDF said that, as it is investigating the attack, it is responding with artillery shelling towards the areas from which the rockets were originated in southern Syria.
The rockets did not cause any injuries or material damage, the IDF said.
On Oct. 29, Syrian government forces launched a rocket attack towards Israel, prompting the IDF to respond by targeting two military camps of the government forces in western Daraa, southern Syria.
