Government forces bomb residential areas in Syria’s northwest

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Saturday evening, government forces stationed in Jurin Camp in the countryside of Hama bombed the towns of Khirbet al-Naqus and al-Ziyara in the Ghab Plain area, west of Hama, with artillery and missiles, causing damage to the residents’ homes.

The opposition factions’ sites near the town of Tadel, west of Aleppo, were hit by similar shelling of the government forces stationed in the 46th Regiment, with heavy artillery and rocket launchers, sources in the opposition factions told North Press.

This morning, Russian warplanes launched ten air raids using high-explosive missiles on the western outskirts of the towns and villages of al-Bara, Kansafra, Urm al-Joz and the outskirts of the village of al-Rami village in Zawiya Mountain.

On Friday, a child was killed, and another person was injured as a result of air strikes carried out by Russian warplanes on people working in grazing livestock near the town of Kansafra.

Fateh al Mubin Operations Room, which includes Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra) and the Army of Glory along with the National Front for Liberation, announced that it had targeted with mortars the government forces’ sites in the town of Bastroun in the western countryside of Aleppo.
