ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – Three civilians were killed and more than seven others were injured due to Turkish shelling targeting the city of Tel Rifaat in the northern countryside of Syria’s Aleppo, on Saturday.
The city of Tel Rifaat, which includes thousands of displaced residents of Afrin for years, has been under bombardment by Turkish forces and Turkish-backed armed opposition groups.
A medical source told North Press that the shelling killed three civilians, including a child and a woman, in addition to seven injured.
The injured were transferred to Afrin Hospital in the northern countryside of Aleppo.
