Unidentified explosion hits Syrian army depot in Deir ez-Zor
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – An unidentified explosion struck on Friday a Syrian army depot in the desert near Ayash town in western Deir ez-Zor countryside.
Emergency teams, the Health Directorate and security forces headed to the site following the explosion as authorities worked to assess the damage.
No casualties had been officially reported at the time of publication. Relevant authorities continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding the explosion.
