Russian delegation in Kobani: “We will support security and stability in the region and exclude Turkish attacks”

A Russian delegation has visited the Autonomous Administration of the city of Kobani on Tuesday, which is the first visit since the deployment of the Russian troops in the region. The delegation, which made up of security and stability relations in northeastern Syria, General Kim, and two Russian Foreign Ministry officials for diplomatic affairs assured that, they would seek to "exclude the Turkish attacks from the area.”
In a statement to the media in the Autonomous Administration's Office, the Russian General Kim said that the Russian government will try by all available means to provide security and safety and to prevent the Turkish military attacks, and that they have information regarding all matters, and they will send it to high-level stakeholders in Russia.
Kim added that, they discussed with the administration of the Euphrates region and the cantons of Kobani and Tal Abyad services and organizational matters, related to the work of mills and drinking water, stressing that the Russian state will provide "support to achieve security and stability in all fields.”
The co-chair of the Executive Council in Euphrates region, Anwar Muslim told North-Press that, the Russian delegation discussed with them the recent situation in the region, especially with regard to the Turkish threats and the international silence.
He also stressed that, some parties, especially Russia shouldn't remain silent, especially on the recent attacks on Ein Issa, without taking action by the Russian military police.
Muslim also pointed out that, the delegation's stance was against the intervention of Turkey in that region, as they promised not to allow such an action, in addition to the continuation of Russia's contacts to "secure the return of people to the areas occupied by Turkey in Ras al-Ain and Tal Abyad.”
Muslim added that, the Autonomous Administration discussed with the Russian delegation how to provide support for some Autonomous Administration's institutions, in terms of health, education and services, noting that the delegation is an introduction to other delegations that will come to meet with the Administration's institutions and to work together.
