Israeli airstrikes target government forces in NW Syria

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Israeli airstrikes targeted early on Saturday a number of sites in the countryside of Aleppo and Idlib, Northwest Syria, resulting in the injury of Syrian soldiers.

The state-run news agency SANA stated that Israeli warplanes “launched an aerial aggression from the direction of Aleppo south-east side, targeting a number of posts in Aleppo and Idleb.”

The attack resulted in the injury of several soldiers and caused some material damage to the places, the statement read.

Earlier, Israeli airstrikes targeted a scientific research facility in the countryside of Aleppo, resulting in injuries to military personnel of the government forces.
