Hospital in Syria’s Kobani reveals names of Turkish Shelling Victims
KOBANI, Syria (North Press) – On Tuesday, al-Amal Hospital in the city of Kobani, north Syria, revealed names of victims of Turkish shelling that the city and its countryside witnessed.
14-year-old Abdo Muhammad Haji lost his life, 35-year-old Abdo Darwish, 48-year-old Marwa Muhammad Hamo, and 20-year-old Ali Ahmad Ibo were wounded, according to the Hospital’s management.
Marwa Muhammad Hamo was transported to hospitals in the city of Raqqa due to her deteriorating medical condition, the management added.
Since early morning hours, Kobani and its countryside have been under heavy shelling launched by Turkish forces.
The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) in Euphrates Region warned residents of Kobani of leaving their houses and moving around due to the Turkish shelling.
The Turkish shelling targeted many villages including Qaramogh in the eastern countryside of Kobani, Boban, Seftek, Ashma and Silem in the western countryside of the city.
