Three Asayish members wounded by Turkish drone in Syria’s Hasakah countryside
TEL-TAMR, Syria (North Press) – Three members of the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) were wounded on Monday evening by a Turkish drone targeting their center in the town of Abu Rasin, north of Hasakah, northeast Syria.
“A Turkish drone bombed a center of the Asayish in the town of Abu Rasin, wounding at least three members, who were transported to hospitals of the area,” North Press reported informed information.
“Large material damage to the center was also caused by the Turkish bombardment,” the sources added.
On Sunday, the town of Abu Rasin and its countryside plus the countryside of Tel-Tamr town, witnessed intense shelling by the Turkish forces and the affiliated opposition factions with heavy weapons. The shelling resulted in the injury of a person from the village of Tel al-Ward in the countryside of Abu Rasin.
Meanwhile, Tel-Tamr power substation was hit with missiles late last night by the Turkish forces and it consequently went out of service.
A leader in the Syriac Military Council of SDF and a translator who was accompanying him were wounded on Sunday by a Turkish drone targeting their car near the Russian base north of Tel-Tamr.
