Syria’s northwest counts 2 deaths, 77 new coronavirus infections

IDLIB, Syria (North Press)  On Saturday, the Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Council announced the recording of 77 new cases of coronavirus, two deaths and 182 recoveries in Idlib and Aleppo countryside, northwest Syria.

It indicated that it conducted tests for 453 suspected cases in its areas.

With the newly announced figures, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-controlled areas in northwest Syria has risen to 92,396 including 2,258 deaths and 63,179 recoveries.
