Syria’s northwest records 64 new coronavirus cases
IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Sunday, the Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Coalition announced the recording of 64 new cases of coronavirus and 90 recoveries in the Idlib and Aleppo countryside.
It indicated that it conducted tests for 592 suspected cases in its areas.
With the newly announced figures, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-controlled areas has risen to 24,740, including 692 deaths and 21,444 recoveries.
On Saturday, the Syrian Interim Government announced the recording of 67 new cases of coronavirus and 124 recoveries in northwest Syria.
