Syria’s northwest records 67 new coronavirus cases

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Thursday, the Syrian Interim Government of the opposition Syrian National Coalition announced the recording of 67 new cases of coronavirus and 59 recoveries in the Idlib and Aleppo countryside.

It indicated that it conducted tests for 698 suspected cases in its areas.

With the newly announced figures, the total number of coronavirus infections in the opposition-controlled areas has risen to 24,582, including 685 deaths and 21,205 recoveries.

On Wednesday, the Syrian Interim Government announced the recording of 82 new cases of coronavirus and 32 recoveries in northwest Syria.
