Syria’s AANES records new coronavirus deaths and infections

HASAKAH, Syria (North Press) – On Thursday, the Health Board of the Autonomous Administration announced the record of three deaths and 27 new infections with the Corona virus in the regions of northeast Syria.

The official account of the Autonomous Administration on Facebook cited Jiwan Mustafa, co-chair of the Health Board, saying that the deaths were a man and two women from Tabqa.

There were six infections recorded in both Kobani and Manbij.

The rest of the infections were as following: 5 cases in Tabqa, 3 cases in Hasakah, 3 case in Raqqa, one case in Qamishli, one case in Derik, and two cases in Hawl Camp.

The Health Board also recorded the recovery of two cases of previously recorded infections.

The number of infections with the coronavirus in northeast of Syria has reached 18,193 cases, including 744 deaths and 1,841 recoveries.
