SDF members targeted again in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor

DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – On Wednesday, a member of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) was wounded by unidentified gunmen, hours after the assassination of another, east of Deir ez-Zor, east Syria.

A military source from the area reported that unidentified gunmen shot a member of the SDF with a silencer pistol, in the town of al-Sabha, east of Deir ez-Zor.

The member was wounded by two bullets and was transferred to the military hospital, without information about his health condition, the source added.

Earlier on Wednesday, a member of the Syrian Democratic Forces lost his life, by unidentified gunmen, in the town of Dhiban, in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.

The eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor witnesses escalation of assassinations including tribal notables, members of the Syrian Democratic Forces, and employees of the Autonomous Administration.
