“On this blessed day, we celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus, which is a cause of goodness and blessing for us and all believers,” said Morris Amsih, bishop of the Jazira and Euphrates for Syriac Orthodox.

“We ask God that this holiday be a cause of goodness and blessing for all believers in the world, especially in Jazira region and Syria, and keep coronavirus away from everyone,” he added.

Amsih pointed out that today was a great joy for all “believers of the city of Hasakah.”
