DERIK, Syria (North Press) – On Saturday, the American forces conducted a military patrol in Derik countryside, in the far northeast of Syria.
A North Press correspondent said that an American patrol left the Rubaria agricultural airport, which is used by the Global Coalition as a helipad, and headed towards the city of Derik.
The patrol consisted of four military armored vehicles, and two Coalition helicopters flew over the region.
On Friday evening, the US forces conducted a military patrol that reached the village of Ain Dewar, north of Derik.
