American forces conduct military patrol in Syria’s Derik
DERIK, Syria (North Press) – On Friday, the American forces conducted a military patrol in Derik countryside, in the far northeast of Syria.
“A patrol of four military vehicles, along with two helicopters, arrived in the village,” local sources from the village of Ain Dewar, in north Derik, told North Press.
The patrol remained in the village for more than an hour before returning to its base near Rimelan town, according to the sources.
On Monday, American forces conducted a military patrol in Ain Dewar coinciding with the presence of a Russian patrol in the same region.
On Tuesday, American forces conducted a military patrol in the northern and southern countryside of Derik.
