Leaflets in Syria’s Bab threating those transferring goods to government-held areas

AZAZ, Syria (North Press) – On Sunday, residents of the city of Bab, in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, said, they received leaflets threating those who help sending goods to the Syrian government-held areas.

A resident told North Press that the leaflets included “each trader or truck driver must know that if he transfers goods to Assad militias-held areas, he will then put his life at risk.”

The declaration raised public resentment among residents in the armed groups-held areas, northwest Syria.

On March 24, the Russian Minister of Defense declared that they reached an agreement with Turkey to reopen three corridors in the Turkish-held areas in Saraqeb, Miznaz and Abu al-Zendain in Aleppo.
