People’s council east Deir ez-Zor burned

DEIR EZ-ZOR, Syria (North Press) – On Tuesday evening, unknown individuals set fire at the building of the People’s Council in the town of Abu Hamam, 90 km east Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria.

“The fire started at 8 pm via spraying gasoline from the windows which led to the burning of a single room of the building,” a local source told North Press.

“The burning led to only material damage, such as tables and chairs,” the source added.

The residents interfered and put out the fire using water, according to the source.
