Civilians wounded in artillery shelling in Syria’s Jarabulus

JARABULUS, Syria (North Press) – Civilians were wounded in artillery shelling which targeted the villages of Amarna and al-Jamal in the countryside of Jarabulus, east of Syria’s Aleppo, on Tuesday. Sources suggested that the Syrian government forces were the perpetrators of the shelling.

Informed sources told North Press that the shelling coincided with intense flight of Russian warplanes over the region, and no definite information has been revealed about the number of injuries or property damage.

On Monday government forces bombed the vicinity of al-Bab city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, with no information about human or material losses.
