Two VBIEDs have exploded today in the towns of Azaz and al-Rae in northern Aleppo countryside, the area which is controlled by the Turkish military and its backed Syrian Islamist opposition groups, which caused human casualties.
The first explosion was caused by a car bomb that was parked nearby a restaurant in Albissa street in the town of Azaz, causing heavy damage in the site of the explosion, while the second explosion occurred in the town of Al-Rae, while the death toll is still rising.
The two bombings follow the security tensions in the controlled areas by the Turkish-backed armed groups, where there are sporadic operations of killings, kidnappings, and bombings.
This morning, the body of Turkey-backed commander of the 3rd Corps Brigade was found killed along with his wife at his home in Jarablus on the Syrian-Turkish borders.
The areas west of the Euphrates River from Jarablus to Afrin, are under the Turkish army’s control, alongside with Turkey-backed armed opposition groups, while different areas in western Aleppo countryside and the de-escalation zones in northwestern Syria are under the control of Jihadi groups, and other Turkey-backed Islamist opposition groups.
