On Sunday, three persons, including a child, were injured in an explosive device explosion in the city of Idlib in northwestern Syria.
A field source told North-Press that an explosive device exploded inside the car of a leader of a Turkish-backed armed opposition group near the al-Abrar Mosque in downtown Idlib, which led to his injury and the injury of another man and a child who were near the site of the explosion.
Meanwhile, the airspace of Idlib province witnessed, since dawn on Sunday, flights of Russian warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft, according to the same source.
In a related development, on Sunday, a Turkish convoy entered Syrian territory via the Kafr-Lossin border point in northern Idlib. The convoy consisted of dozens of military and logistical vehicles headed towards Turkish observation posts in the de-escalation zones.
On Friday, Turkish forces brought in military reinforcements of dozens of vehicles into the de-escalation zones in the northwest of Syria.
