Remains of four people found in Damascus countryside
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – The remains of four people were found on Tuesday during excavation works in the area between the towns of Bala and Hatitat al-Jarash in the Damascus countryside.
Local media reported that patrols from the Mleiha police, accompanied by a committee from the General Authority for Missing Persons, arrived at the site.
The competent authorities have begun examining the location and collecting evidence in preparation for continuing the investigation and determining the identities of the remains and the circumstances surrounding their discovery.
