QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Israeli artillery shelling targeted on Saturday several sites in the countryside of Quneitra in southern Syria, according to local sources.

Sources told North Press that at least two shells landed in the Kodna forest area, while another struck the eastern al-Ahmar hill, causing heightened tensions across the area.

No immediate information has been reported regarding the extent of damage or casualties resulting from the shelling, the sources added.
