Asayish arrest crystal meth manufacturer, seizes weapons in Kobani
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – The Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria (Asayish) announced on Wednesday the arrest of an individual involved in the production of the narcotic drug crystal meth, following a special operation in the city of Kobani, northern Syria.
In an official statement, the Asayish said the operation resulted in the apprehension of a crystal meth manufacturer and the seizure of approximately half a kilogram of raw materials, in addition to drug production equipment and dangerous weapons.
The statement added that investigations are ongoing to identify and apprehend potential accomplices connected to the suspect.
