War remnant blast kills 4 children in Syria’s Daraa
DARAA, Syria (North Press) – A war remnant explosion killed on Tuesday four children and injured four others in the western countryside of Daraa, southern Syria.
A local source told North Press the children were riding a motorcycle near a medical center in the town of Tasil while carrying an unexploded shell, which accidentally fell and exploded.
The source added that the deceased were identified as Muhammad Khaled al-Salamat, Yazan Diaa al-Salamat, Mu’tasim Ahmed al-Salamat, and Zaki Ashiq al-Salamat.
The blast killed the four immediately and injured four other children who were nearby at the time of the explosion.
The source noted that some of the injured suffered critical head injuries and were rushed by ambulance to Daraa National Hospital, where they are currently receiving treatment in intensive care.
