Turkish airstrikes hit 22 sites in NE Syria in one day

QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – Turkish airstrikes targeted on Tuesday 22 sites in various areas in northern Syria.

The Monitoring and Documentation Department of North Press recorded Turkish attacks on 22 sites in northern Syria.

Turkish aircraft targeted nine sites in Qamishli, five in Kobani, three in Hasakah, two in Amuda, and two in Derbasiyah, and one in the town of Rmelan.

Since Dec. 23, Turkey has launched brutal airstrikes against civilians and service and vital infrastructure facilities in northern and northeastern Syria, leaving behind casualties.

On Tuesday, people of the city of Qamishli in northeast Syria bid farewell to six civilians who were killed in Turkish airstrikes.
