Turkey’s border guards continue brutality against Syrians on border

Local sources from the region told North Press that the Turkish border guards attacked 11 people, including children and women, after arresting them while they were trying to cross to Turkey from an area near a mountain in Bulbul region north of Afrin, which is occupied by The Turkish forces and their affiliated armed factions of the Syrian National Army (SNA).

The sources added that the Turkish border guards severely beat the Syrians, resulting in bruises to most of the young men.

An old man in his fifties and another young one in the twenties were transferred to a hospital in Bulbul region for sustaining leg fractures, according to the sources.

The Turkish border guards continue their aggressive practices against Syrians, who want to cross into Turkey seeking a better future.
