Syrian government areas record 13 new coronavirus cases
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Ministry of Health of Syrian government announced on Monday evening the recording of 13 new coronavirus infections in its held areas.
The official Facebook account of the ministry reported 42 recoveries.
The new infections were recorded as follows: five in Homs, two each in Damascus, Aleppo, and Hasakah, and one each in Latakia and Suwayda.
The total number of coronavirus infections in the Syrian government-controlled areas has reached 57.098 confirmed cases, including 3.163 deaths and 53.609 recoveries.
