Editor of North Press Kurdish-Sorani section passed away

ERBIL, KRI, Iraq (North Press) – Journalist Omid Tawfiq Fattah, editor at Kurdish (Sorani) section of North Press, died on Saturday evening due to heart attack. 

Fattah, 30, was a resident of  Saidsadiq district in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate in the Kurdistan region and a father of three children.

He was buried on Saturday night in the district. 

Fattah worked as an editor in the Sorani section to report the course of events in Syria to the Kurdish audience.
