213 new coronavirus cases recorded in Syria’s northeast
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – On Wednesday, the Health Board of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) announced the recording of 213 new coronavirus infections and nine deaths in northeast Syria.
AANES’ Facebook page stated that 12 recoveries were recorded.
The new infections were 37 in Qamishli, 35 in Derik, 44 in Hasakah, 42 in Raqqa, 19 in Tabqa, 13 in Remailan, six in Amuda, two each in Girke Lege and Jil Agha, and one in Deir ez-Zor.
The total toll of coronavirus infections in Syria’s northeast has come up to 31,104 including 1,059 deaths, and 2,284 recoveries.
On Tuesday, Heath Board of AANES recorded 322 new coronavirus infections and 12 deaths.
