Syrian Democratic Forces arrest ISIS agents in Deir ez-Zor countryside
QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) – On Thursday, the Media Center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced that “our forces arrested members of ISIS cells who had planned to carry out terrorist attacks during Eid al-Fitr in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor.”
The center added, “In the early hours of the morning, the SDF managed to dismantle a terrorist cell consisting of 39 ISIS terrorists in Shuhail town in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.”
The Syrian Democratic Forces arrested the cell members and seized a large amount of weapons and documents in they had, according to the SDF center.
