Children injured due to war remnants explosion in Syria’s Idlib

IDLIB, Syria (North Press) – On Tuesday, two children were wounded due to a bomb explosion of the remnants of war in Idlib countryside, northwest Syria.

Local sources told North Press that a cluster bomb of war remnants in a residential neighborhood in the city of Ma’arat Mesrin, north of Idlib, was exploded.

The explosion resulted in the injury of two children who were then, transferred to nearby medical points for treatment.

On February 24, six people from one family, including children, were injured due to a bomb explosion of war remnants in Ain al-Hamra area, west of Idlib.

War remnants in the areas that witnessed military confrontations pose a threat to the lives of the residents, amid absence of awareness campaigns on how to deal with them.
