the Syrian government military positions were hit by missiles, likely Israeli, in Tal al-Harah south of Syria on Wednesday night.

According to the Syrian state media agency SANA, Israel launched on Wednesday at about 1:30 am local time, an “aggression on Tal al-Harah in the western countryside of Daraa, as the damage was limited to material.”

Moreover, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said: “missiles are likely to be Israeli” targeted areas in southern Syria close to the Golan Heights, including Tal al-Harah in the governorate of Daraa and the areas of Nabaa al-Sakher and Tal al-Ahmar in al-Quneitra governorate.”

On the 30th of last month, the Syrian air defense forces intercepted “hostile” missiles fired by Israeli fighter jets at some military positions in Homs and the vicinity of Damascus.

Since the beginning of the conflict in Syria, Israel has launched hundreds of airstrikes on Iranian and Lebanese Hezbollah positions, in addition to Syrian government forces’ sites.
