Russian-Turkish military delegation meeting Derbasiya border-crossing

A meeting between the Russian military delegation and the Turkish one inside Derbasiya border-crossing, in the area between the city's gate and the Turkish side gate, the meeting was earlier ended today, as the discussion lasted for less than half an hour.

The meeting occurred after the Russian delegation made a long reconnaissance tour in the villages between the city of Derbasiya and the countryside of Abu Rasin / Zarkan.

North-Press reporter indicated that the Russian delegation came from the city of Qamishli, towards the city of Amude, then passed through the city of Derbasiya, noting that it stopped in the village of Sherk, west of Derbasiya, and had a look at the maps taken and checked on the borders.

Moreover, North-Press reporter, who was accompanying the delegation, said that the latter then went to the village of al-Arada in Abu Rasin countryside, east of Ras al-Ain (Sere-Kaniye), to check on a point on the border where the Syrian government forces are stationed. Afterwards, the military delegation returned to the village of Sherk, west of Derbasiya, stopped there about two hours, amid intensive contacts made by them.

The Russian military delegation didn't make any statement to the press, then returned to Derbasiya and entered the Turkish side through its border crossing, to meet with its Turkish counterpart, and then to leave towards the city of Qamishli, in northeastern Syria.
