QAMISHLI, Syria (North Press) –Israeli forces shelled the western outskirts of Beit Jinn in western Damascus countryside on Sunday, near Bat al-Warda Hill.
The Israeli forces fired several artillery shells at the area, according to North Press.
Earlier on Sunday, Israeli forces entered Ufaniya village in northern Quneitra countryside with more than five tanks and about 20 military vehicles carrying troops.
Sources in the area told North Press that Israeli forces continued shelling Beit Jinn’s western outskirts, where artillery strikes have been reported for several days.
The sources said the ongoing shelling caused limited fires on the town’s western outskirts.
