Israeli forces conduct new incursions in Syria’s Daraa

DARAA, Syria (North Press) – Israeli forces entered on Sunday a new village in the countryside of Daraa, southern Syria.

According to the local news network Daraa24, Israeli forces entered the village of Jumla in the Yarmouk Basin, where they conducted search operations, reportedly in pursuit of hidden weapons.

Sources further revealed that Israeli forces had previously infiltrated the village the night before, remaining there for several hours. Additionally, they advanced into the village of Saisoun and a former military site in the area.

In the central Quneitra countryside, another Israeli force breached the village of Rasm al-Halabi, where they entered a former military installation and carried out bulldozing operations before eventually withdrawing.

Last week, Syria’s Transitional President Ahmed al-Sharaa addressed an emergency Arab summit in Cairo, urging Arab nations to take action against Israeli violations of Syrian territory.
