Israeli airstrikes hit weapons warehouses in Syria’s Daraa
DARAA, Syria (North Press) – Israeli aircraft struck on Sunday weapons warehouses at a former regime military installation in the Daraa countryside, southern Syria.
A local source told North Press that the attack hit the weapons storage facilities of Brigade 15, located near the city of Inkhil in northern Daraa.
The source added that the explosion was so powerful it could be heard throughout the Governorate, although no damage was reported in the surrounding areas.
This incident is part of a series of Israeli airstrikes targeting military sites in the Daraa since the fall of the al-Assad regime, with the most notable recent strike occurring at Brigade 133 in the city of Daraa in December 2024.
