Lebanese authorities forcibly deport Syrian refugees from 3 towns
DAMASCUS, Syria (North Press) – Lebanese authorities forcibly deported on Thursday Syrian refugees from three towns in northern Lebanon in accordance with judicial rulings issued against them by the courts.
The Lebanese General Directorate of State Security conducted patrols to deport the Syrian refugees from the towns of Arjess, Kafr Zina, and Kafr Aqqa in northern Lebanon.
The deportation was carried out under the justification that the Syrian refugees were unlawfully occupying properties.
The Directorate clarified that the deportation included around 10 housings and 50 refugees.
Late in August, patrols from the Lebanese General Directorate of State Security forcibly deported Syrian refugees from the town of Kafr Habbo in northern Lebanon.
