RAQQA, Syria (North Press) – An explosion rocked on Monday the city of Tabqa, northern Syria.

An official in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) told North Press that the explosion occurred to the north of Tabqa near the Euphrates Dam.

The official who preferred to remain unnamed pointed out the explosion resulted in no casualties or damage without giving further details.

The Internal Security Forces of North and East Syria (Asayish) are yet to comment on the incident.
