Unknown people kill man, injure son in Syria’s Aleppo
ALEPPO, Syria (North Press) – Unknown people killed a man and injured his seven-year-old son on Tuesday in the city of al-Bab, east of Aleppo, northern Syria.
An exclusive source told North Press that unidentified people, who were driving a car, opened fire directly on Mustafa Hamash, from al-Bab, killing him immediately and casing critical injuries to his son who was transferred to the National Hospital.
The assailants fled the scene towards residential neighborhoods, the source added.
Al-Bab has been under the control of Turkey and Turkish-backed armed opposition factions, aka Syrian National Army (SNA), since 2017.
The SNA held-areas continue to witness a security chaos with many clashes and recurrent explosions amid the inability of the factions to maintain order.
